Monument Limousine Service, as a company, exists to meet the needs of discriminating customers who desire the safe, convenient and luxurious on-demand transportation.  That means knowing that the business executive who needs to be taken from his office to the airport has a vastly different set of demands than the bride and her bridal party on the wedding day.  It means that the company hosting a conference and needing to get their Very Important People from the hotel their speaking engagement needs a response completely different to High School Seniors celebrating their prom.  It means that people living in rural areas and needing transportation to a medical facility or doctor’s office have very different needs to non-profit organizations seeking donations of our time and vehicles to aid in fund-raising.  And our goal is to serve all these needs and more.

Our Business

Monument Limousine Service was originally founded in 1995 by Al and Alex Malone, making it the longest-running limousine company serving the Colorado Springs area currently in operation.  Originally, the idea to become proprietors of a luxury transportation service came to Al and Alex after going to Super Bowl XXX in Phoenix , where they attended the Superbowl and observed first hand a number of limousine operators, and the mistakes they were making.  Therefore, from the beginning, the operating philosophy they have maintained has been simple: to be the very best. And that philosophy has paid dividends. Monument Limousine Service became a Public Utilities Commission-registered limousine operator in 1995, with one vehicle. In the past Fifteen years, by consistently striving to not only meet the expectations of their customers, but also to anticipate and exceed those expectations, Monument Limousine has grown to a fleet of eight vehicles, making it one of the largest limousine service providers in all of Southern Colorado.  In 2002, Monument Limousine Service acquired My Chauffeur Limousine, making it the largest limousine company in Colorado Springs.

Scale, however, is not the objective for Monument Limousine.  With every customer, every limousine booking, every special event, and every important business function, Monument Limousine Service treats its clients with the specialized attention they deserve.  And that focus on serving the needs of its customers has led to Monument Limousine Service being named Best Limousine Company in Colorado Springs by the Colorado Springs Independent Newspaper in 2007.
